Replacement and Refund Policy:

Replacement takes place within 7 days and returns within 3 days from the date the order was received.

Required:

1- The product must be in its original condition and not used, and all labels are not removed and undamaged, and they should be wrapped in the original package.

2- Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (detergent and perfumed).

3- The customer will bear the shipping costs in the event of a replacement or refund.

  • The reason for the replacement
  • The name of the product to be replaced
  • You will be notified of the way to re-order and serve you immediately upon receiving your request and to ensure the integrity of the item and its accessories

  • The name of the product to be retrieved
  • (Bank name + IBAN + account holder name) * The account holder name must match the owner of the bill
